Although the races and the cruises are certainly social events, the Geechee Sailing Club also hosts a variety of parties during the year. Most are held in the homes or clubs of members so there is always a good variety of venues and themes. 

Always on the lookout for something different, our social chairs have put together oyster roasts, chili cook-offs, murder mystery dinners, newlywed game parties, pool parties, fifties parties, Valentine's Day events and Halloween parties. Sometimes it is just a good old pot luck get together for home cooked food and fellowship.
